About Audrey
I have spent my career at the point where marketing is changing.
I began in product marketing as digital technology was changing how consumers captured and shared their lives. From there, my career moved through CRM, digital transformation, omnichannel marketing, influencer technology, integrated agency leadership, and AI-enabled marketing transformation. The disciplines changed. The problem I kept solving did not: how do you turn new possibilities into a marketing system that actually works?

Brand-side, agency, technology and enterprise transformation.
At Panasonic, I worked in product marketing and commercialization for emerging consumer technology. In agency roles, I led CRM for American Express, strategic integration for Bank of America, and Omnichannel and Retail workstreams for Citi. At Traackr, I led Customer Success and helped global brands operationalize influencer marketing through strategy, data, measurement and governance. Most recently, as VP, Group Account Director at RAPP, I led a roughly $15MM Eli Lilly relationship and Marketing Innovation and Transformation initiatives across a complex regulated organization.
That experience shaped how I work today. I naturally look beyond the individual marketing problem to understand the system producing it—the people, process, data, technology, incentives and dependencies—and then determine where intervention will have the greatest impact.

Point of view
“Don’t optimize the component. Understand the system.”
MARKCO exists because smaller and growing companies deserve access to that level of thinking before they can justify a full-time executive hire.
